One of the largest public transport providers in Victoria engaged Catalyse Digital to assess their technology capability’s alignment to business challenges and strategy and to benchmark their technology costs against industry metrics
Our approach was to conduct a series of workshops with their senior management team from all parts of the business including operations, maintenance, customer service, HR and training. Through these workshops we were able to identify technology initiatives that addressed specific business challenges and organisational strategy. We also assessed their technology costs in detail and identified areas of costs that were higher than industry averages
