Insurance Contact Centre

This Government insurance provider was expanding their operations and bringing in additional services into their scope. As part of this initiative, they required the new services to be on-boarded into an expanded contact centre capability. Catalyse Digital was engaged as the Project Manager to manage the delivery of the contact centre capability expansion and service on-boarding

As part of this engagement with a very high number of stakeholders and environmental complexity, we managed a multi-skilled team to plan and deploy the Genesys contact centre platform. We also managed multiple delivery vendors and coordinated with the customer Project Manager and technical teams to ensure the project could be delivered on schedule and on budget

The project was completed on-budget and on-schedule with a high customer satisfaction rating
